Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Torvaine Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our bookkeeping services.

1. Service Engagement

Torvaine Solutions LLC provides financial logging, ledger management, payroll processing, and reporting services. The specific scope, cost, and duration of services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed prior to engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our bookkeeping services is inherently dependent upon the timely and accurate provision of source documents, bank statements, and relevant financial data by the client. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising from withheld or falsified documentation.

3. Not a CPA Firm

While we prepare ledgers and financial schedules, Torvaine Solutions LLC does not operate as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm. We do not provide attest services, formal audits, or legal tax opinions. Our data is prepared to assist you and your CPA in filing compliance.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all financial data, business strategies, and operational protocols shared during the course of the engagement as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services, except in cases of gross negligence.
